We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. Please contact hello.testimonyready@gmail.com before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Final-clearance items, gift cards, and personalized or custom products are not eligible for return. Exchanges may sometimes be resolved with a replacement without requiring a return. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days.
