EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return request through your customer account at https://account.testimonyready.com within the 14-day period.

Once you have requested a return, you must send the item back within 14 days of your request. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds include the original product price and standard shipping costs.

Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to deduct for any loss in value if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its condition.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Before sending anything back, you must contact us first. Please reach out to us at hello.testimonyready@gmail.com to initiate the process. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In many cases, we can resolve the issue without requiring a return — we'll work with you to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on final clearance items, gift cards, or personalized/custom products.

Exchanges Contact us at hello.testimonyready@gmail.com and we'll guide you through the fastest resolution — in most cases we can arrange a replacement without requiring you to ship the item back.

Refunds Once your return or issue is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello.testimonyready@gmail.com.

European Union If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in its original condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
