Q: What are general shipping times?

A: Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 20 business days, including processing and transit time. Timing can vary by destination and carrier. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Q: Where do you ship from?

Q: Tracking info and how long it takes to update?

A: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 1 to 3 business days to show updates as your package makes its way to you. Q: What discounts do you offer?

Q: How do Testimony Ready gift cards work?

A: Gift cards are digital only. After the gift-card order is fulfilled, Shopify sends the gift-card code by email to the recipient or buyer. No physical card is shipped.

Q: How do I use a gift card?

A: Enter the gift-card code in the gift-card field at checkout. Keep the email with your code until the balance has been used.

Q: Do Testimony Ready gift cards expire?

A: No. Testimony Ready gift cards do not expire.

Q: Can I use only part of my gift-card balance?

A: Yes. The remaining balance can be used on future orders until the gift card reaches $0. If the balance does not cover the full order, another payment method can be used for the remainder.

Q: Can gift cards be returned or refunded?
